When you searched for a builder in their own suburbs, they did not come up. Across more than 1,200 terms their competitors ranked for, they appeared on none of them. Their Google profile had three reviews after twenty-five years of happy clients. Their address was listed four different ways across nine platforms, which quietly tells Google not to trust any of them. Worst of all, when we asked the AI tools their customers use to recommend a builder in the area, they named a competitor with no website at all.
